Cedar Valley Academy
A small K-8 school where every student is known by name
Cedar Valley Academy is a tuition-free public charter school for kindergarten through eighth grade. With about 340 students and small classes, our teachers know every child, and every family knows how to reach us.
About
We opened in 2011 in a renovated orchard packing house at the edge of town. Today our students learn reading, math and science in small groups, grow vegetables in the school garden, and finish eighth grade ready for high school.
Enrollment is open to every family in Cedar Valley. Tours run every Tuesday and Thursday morning; call the front office to reserve a spot.
Our mission
Every student reads with confidence, reasons with numbers, and leaves us curious about the world.
